Before I say anything, yes that is a disco ball on his tail.

Design for Robert, an OC of mine. He has six pairs of tiny wings and flies by magic, as those teeny things are hardly enough to lift a creature of his size and density. Sorry for the crappy quickly slapped down coloring.
